Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between BattleGR (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the user (“you”, “your”) of this website and any associated services provided by BattleGR. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

BattleGR offers entertainment services including but not limited to laser tag, axe throwing, archery tag, mobile services, event planning, and catering (the “Services”). All such Services are provided under the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: Reservations for events, parties, and activities can be made through our website, via phone, or in-person.
  • Payment: Full payment for services is required at the time of booking or per the terms outlined in event or party contracts. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may not be refunded, but we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling.
  • Late Payments: If payment is not received as agreed, BattleGR reserves the right to cancel the reservation or event without notice.

3. Conduct

  • Respect for Others: You agree to behave respectfully and follow all safety guidelines while participating in activities at BattleGR. Aggressive behavior, harassment, or any actions that may harm others or disrupt the experience will not be tolerated.
  • Dress Code: Proper footwear and attire are required for certain activities. Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing for the event or activity in which they are participating.
  • Age Requirements: Some activities may have age or height restrictions. Please refer to our website or speak with staff for clarification on specific requirements.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Assumption of Risk: By using BattleGR’s services, you acknowledge that certain activities, such as laser tag, axe throwing, and other games, involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
  • Waiver of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless BattleGR, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your participation in the activities or while on the premises.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content on the BattleGR website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, videos, and designs, is owned by BattleGR and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
